Any notice of cancellation or postponement must be made in writing to scots.training@swagelok.com. Notice will be calculated from the day after written notice is received to the day prior to course commencement.
Failure to attend: 100% of course fee charged
Cancellation Notice:
Calendar days 0-7: 100% of course fee charged
Calendar days 8-14: 50% of course fee charged OR £75 +VAT whichever is greater
Calendar days 15+: No Charge.
Postponement Notice:
Calendar days 0-7: 100% of course fee charged + 50% of course fee for new date OR £75 +VAT whichever is greater.
Calendar days 8-14: 100% of course fee charged + 25% of course fee for new date OR £75 +VAT whichever is greater
Calendar days 15+: No Charge
Online bookings cooling off period:
Any bookings made between 3 and 14 calendar days prior to the course commencement date may be cancelled without charge by providing written notice to scots.training@swagelok.com within 24 hours of the time that the booking was made. Any bookings made between 0 and 2 calendar days prior to the course commencement date will be subject to the standard cancellation/postponement terms.
