Swagelok Inspection Essentials

This course provides an awareness of Swagelok tube fittings and related products. It covers the topics of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting techniques to increase system efficiency and improve system safety.

This course provides the candidate with knowledge and understanding of thread identification, the correct application of thread sealants, such as PTFE tape and paste, and thread installation techniques for tapered and parallel threads. In addition, the candidate will be provided with an awareness of small bore tube system components, coned & threaded connections, and pressure injection injuries.

To provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the various methods of tube bending utilising the Swagelok Hand Tube Bender

This 2 hour course is aimed at technicians, maintenance and engineering personnel involved with the installation, maintenance and inspection of Sno-Trik High Pressure fittings.

To provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of medium and high pressure fittings and related products. To instruct on, correct coning and threading procedures, installation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting techniques. To increase system efficiency and improve system safety.

This course provides delegates with an understanding of the function of pressure regulators and the importance of correct selection whilst identifying associated performance issues that commonly occur to increase system efficiency. Provide guidance on appropriate inspection, testing, and planned, or preventative maintenance, and have hands-on session to provide experience in replacing key components

To provide delegates with an overview of the construction and function of Swagelok proportional relief valves and check valves, an awareness of the parameters of a fluid system, considerations for safety when working with fluid systems and an awareness of maintenance and installation considerations for relief and check valves.
